‘I Believe in Waterville’: Colby College

An $84 million investment by Colby College and the Alfond Foundation spurred the redevelopment of downtown Waterville, including construction of a residential complex for Colby students, the Lockwood Hotel and Front and Main restaurant, and the Paul J.
